At American Mandala, every piece is made with intention. Because our products are printed on demand through our trusted production partner, your order is created especially for you once it is placed.


Order Processing Time

All products are made to order through our fulfillment partner.

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
  • During peak seasons or product launches, production may take slightly longer

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking email once it has shipped.


Shipping Times (After Production)

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on customs and local postal carriers

Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type
  • Fulfillment location
  • Delivery address
  • Carrier rates

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

American Mandala is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@americanmandala.com. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production begins.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach clear photos of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

American Mandala is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays for international orders
  • Lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered

Customs & Import Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT or additional country-specific fees

These fees are not included in shipping costs and are determined by your country’s customs office.
